Prepare to enter the wild and wooly world of an adult with Aspergers Syndrome, a form of autism characterized by intellignce, quirks, social difficulties and downright strange and oddish behaviours.

People with Aspergers generally are high functioning in everyday life but have great difficulty connecting with others due to the inability to read faces, body language and subtle verbal clues. They also tend to take words literally and have a hard time multi-tasking.

Oversensitivity to touch (clothing has to be soft and often the tags removed), light (do not leave home without the sunglasses), sound (loud noises and noisey places are avoided), taste (many Aspies have quite a limited diet and are frequently very picky eaters) and smells makes the everyday existence more of a challenge.

Fasten your seatbelts and come on in...

Scorpio Moon in First House..Mother & Son...Emotions Aspergers

Eldest and I share a rare bond...astrologically speaking, that is. The odds of two people having the same planet (the moon), in the same sign (Scorpio) And in the same house (1st) are 1 in a million. More precisely the figure is 1 in 1,295,000.
In regards to personality and our emotions, this is very interesting.
The moon represents ones emotional state of being.
The Scorpio Moon is one of the most challenging oft described as being intense and mysterious. Here are a couple of descriptions I found: The Moon is strongly motivated by feelings while remaining most adept at hiding true emotions. It is a Moon of great willpower and good judgement, but one which never forgets a good or bad deed. The Scorpio Moon is one of the more difficult Moons, often having to face and conquer more obstacles than the other Moons. It is prone to aggressive and dominating behavior in addition to being willful and stubborn. The Scorpio Moon possesses strong beliefs which will likely be expressed in a passionate manner. This Moon is one of secrecy and personal independence coupled with heightened intuitive and psychic abilities. however, the Scorpio Moon can be jealous and distrustful, believing that the sharing of feelings leads to vulnerability.
Anyone who knows eldest and myself, would strongly agree. Read on...
Moon in Scorpios are likely to have very intense feelings, as well as skill at sensing the feelings of others. In addition, you are aware of "hidden messages" and layers beneath the surface which can be a useful skill (and could be used to manipulate others or to conjure fearful fantasies). Nurturing for you, is tied to intense emotional experiences, yet a fear of vulnerability or losing control could lead to repress emotions. Security is vital to you.; letting go (emotionally or financially) may not be easy. You are capable of great loyalty and tremendous endurance. A natural survivor; you can surmount what would lay many people low.
So, the moon represents ones emotional state of being, also the relationship with mom, nurturing and innate instincts. Scorpio Moons are intense with a lot of depth and feeling, is my little summation.
Our Moon is in the First House. The First House is all about the Self, physical appearance, traits, characteristics, the first impression we give to the outer world, ego.
With a Moon, any Moon, in the first house, here is what I read: Your identity is tied to home, family, mother and emotional needs. mother is a role model (positive or negative) for self-assertion. independence and your behavior. You may want to be like her-or the exact opposite. Positively, mother could have been active, courageous, pioneering and liberty-loving. Negatively, mother could have been self-centered, rash or angry. Family connections are a significant influence in your sense of self. Your early nurturing experience (or lack thereof) had a profound impact on who you are. Your family either built or challenged your initiative, vitality and ability to fight.
Emotional need are central to your self-expression. You may be primarily focused on meeting your own needs (clinging, dependent, childlike, vulnerable) or very intent upon meeting the needs of others (maternal, protective, nourishing). Because you want to do any caretaking on your own terms, you could sometimes end up being the sole parent or helper. {This is funny, because it is sooooo true}
On the one hand, you have a strong urge to be emotionally supportive. On the other hand, you most want to protect and conserve freedom, directness and your own independent action. So your caretaking style may seem "Hot and Cold" {OMG...No Way..How True}to some. You may be a bit moody, pouring out, then withdrawing inside (Again, a huge Truth lies here). You might be very emotionally attached and then pull away for your own space. You need a home environment that encourages people to do their own thing. You feel most secure emotionally when being yourself. You are learning to nurture yourself and others in ways which affirm personal strength and power.
I can see a lot of both Eldest and myself. Whilst, I don't live my life by what is happening astrologically, I do find it quite fascinating, especially when it rings true.
Famous Moon in Scorpio And First House personalities: Beyonce, Charlie Chaplin, Eric Clapton, Eminem, Will Smith, Lady GaGa, Jules Verne, Alfred Hitchcock, Quincy Jones, Uri Geller, Rembrandt, Jimmy Carter, Mohammed Reza Pahlavi-The Shah of Iran...all, what I beieve to be strong, vibrant, passionate personalities.
